Day One.

At an attempt to get of the rust and dust that has collected over my brain during my year off of school, I grabbed a cup of coffee and sat down in my apartment to zone out. I realized that as a college student, an artist and a barista of both a chain coffee company and an indie coffee shop, I have a great passion for coffee and espresso. I am hoping that as the days and posts go by, I can share my vast knowledge of coffee and all things coffee shop related, as well as expand my mastery of producing it.
